By accessing or using the We Are One service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. 2. Description of Service

We Are One is an educational media project that produces short-form documentary videos about Islamic history. The Service includes:

• Production of AI-generated cinematic educational videos covering historical events, figures, and contributions of Islamic civilization
• Distribution of completed videos through social media platforms, including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels
• Integration with the TikTok Content Posting API for automated publishing of completed educational content

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All videos, images, narration, and audio produced by We Are One are original works generated using artificial intelligence tools. All content is created for educational purposes and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission, except as permitted by fair use or applicable law for educational and non-commercial purposes.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclosure

All visual and audio content produced by We Are One is generated using artificial intelligence. This includes images, video clips, voice narration, sound effects, and music. We comply with all platform-specific AI content disclosure requirements and label all published content accordingly.

5. Third-Party Platform Integration

The Service integrates with third-party platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, for the purpose of content distribution. Use of these platforms is subject to their respective terms of service and community guidelines. We are not responsible for changes to third-party platform policies, API availability, or content moderation decisions made by those platforms.

6. Accuracy of Historical Content

We make reasonable efforts to ensure the historical accuracy of our content by referencing academic sources. However, historical narratives may involve interpretation, and we do not guarantee that all content is free from error. Our videos are intended as educational introductions to historical topics, not as comprehensive academic references.

7. User Conduct

When interacting with our content on third-party platforms (commenting, sharing, etc.), you agree to:

• Comply with the community guidelines of the respective platform
• Not use our content to promote hatred, violence, or discrimination against any group
• Not misrepresent our content as your own

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We Are One shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue the Service, remove content, or restrict access at our sole discretion, at any time, without prior notice or liability.
